Sealed bid proposal on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., (hereinafter called Consultant) will be received by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA), 2600 Prospect Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, June 20, 2019 and will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter for the Black Mesa 3 Dam Outlet Raymac Dam to McCoy Dam Phase IV Project. The Project includes 3300 LF of 42” Pressure pipe, construction of natural channel, sheet pile, paving, earthwork and relocations. The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $4,000,000 (not including tax).

Document copies may be picked up beginning Monday, Monday May 20, 2019 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time), weekdays (excluding holidays). A $100.00 deposit fee is required, checks payable to Wilson and Company, Inc.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid tour for Black Mesa Phase IV held at the project site at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday June 6, 2019 meet at the Intersection of Powers Way Road SW and Gun Club Lateral in Albuquerque, NM.
AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the Contract.
