The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) is seeking bids for leasing real property located south of Metzgar Road, between the Los Padillas Drain and Isleta Blvd., Bernalillo County, NM, ZAP Q-11, Zoned County A-1, being more particularly described as:
Tracts 10B1A and 10B1B, Lands of Steve Martinez as shown and designated on the Land Division Plat, Summary Subdivision, Land of Steve Martinez, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on October 6, 1981 in Volume A8, Folio 104 and the Westerly and Easterly Portion of Tract 11A M.R.G.C.D. Map No. 52, and containing 14.8535 acres, more or less, of which approximately 7 acres is irrigable.

Bids will be opened on October 10, 2017, at 2:00, p.m., at the AMAFCA office. All bids will then be presented to the Board of Directors of AMAFCA at the general meeting scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2017, or as soon thereafter as the Board sees fit.
Bidders must complete and include the AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM with their bid. Bids that do not include the completed form will be considered non-responsive.
