The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for Professional Engineering Services for the project listed below. Proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. January 22, 2019, at the AMAFCA office. Proposals must include the mandatory AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM that is attached to and is made part of the Scope of Services. Failure to submit the completed form will be cause to reject the proposal. All proposal requirements are included in the Scope of Services.

This project consists of gathering field information from drainage structures that are maintained by AMAFCA, the City of Albuquerque (City), the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and potentially other entities. The Engineer will be directed by each agency to locate and quantify damaged infrastructure. This information will be incorporated into biddable construction documents. The Engineer will provide inspection of construction, including contract administration and geotechnical testing. The contract will be for one year, renewable by mutual agreement for an additional three years.
