Valle De Oro Second Street Flood Control Project. Sealed bid proposal on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., (hereinafter called Consultant) will be received by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA), 2600 Prospect Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, until 9:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 and will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter for the Valle De Oro Second Street Flood Control Project. The Project includes 1,600 LF of shotcrete channel, rip-rap, earthwork, concrete box culvert 830 LF of 30” & 36” RCP, minor paving and driveways. The following conditions apply to prospective bidders:
- Bidders must possess appropriate contracting license (GF-98, GF-4 or other satisfactory classification).
- Bidders must complete and include the AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM with their bid.
Plans, specifications, and other contract documents may be obtained at Wilson and Company, Inc., 4900 Lang Ave. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109. Document copies may be picked up beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2017 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time), weekdays. A $100.00 deposit fee is required. Checks payable to Wilson and Company, Inc.
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid tour held at the project site at 9:00 a.m., on September 15, 2017. Meet on the west side of 2nd Street at the Desert Road intersection in Albuquerque, NM.
AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the Contract.
