REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for the project listed below. The
complete Request for Proposals including the Scope of Services may be obtained by email at RFP@amafca.org.
On-Call GIS & Technology Support Services
Proposals shall be received at the proper email address as indicated in the complete RFP between Friday, October 6, 2023, starting at noon, and no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023.
Proposals shall be limited to ten (10) pages excluding cover letter, table of contents, Appendix A as defined in the Evaluation Criteria, New Mexico Business Preference Certificate, and the
mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, which is attached. Tabs or dividers will count towards the ten (10) pages unless they contain no content text. Failure to submit
the complete AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal.
