Storm Water Quality Education Coordinator

The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for a Storm Water Quality Education Coordinator (Coordinator). The coordinator will assist Municipal Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) in managing existing programs and developing new programs to provide public education, outreach, involvement and participation regarding storm water pollution.

Electronic proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, November 1, 2024 at StormTeam@amafca.org.  Proposals shall be limited to eight (8) pages, not including cover letter, table of contents, New Mexico Resident Business Certificate, and the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form.

Proposals will be reviewed by a Selection Advisory Committee comprised of members of the Middle Rio Grande Storm Water Quality Team.

Failure to submit the complete AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal. Interviews may be conducted with some firms or individuals submitting proposals; however, proposals may be evaluated without interviews.
