ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Director of Administration (DOA).  The Administrative Assistant serves as the initial point of contact for the public and provides comprehensive administrative support across the organization. This role is responsible for time entry, filing, contact tracking, reporting, assisting with procedure development and implementation, and handling project management assignments. 

AMAFCA offers a competitive salary, based on qualifications, and a full benefits package.  The successful applicant must agree to a pre-employment physical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen and background check.
