Notice of Request for Bids Lease of Real Property
The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks bids for the land lease of two (2) agricultural property locations:
The first location is the Herring Property and is located on the west side 2nd Street and north of Shirk Lane, adjacent to the South Diversion Channel and contains two (2) tracts. The first tracts legal description is Parcel 7 plat of AMAFCA South Diversion Channel Drainage Right of Way-Phase 2 Parcels 1 through 7. UPC: 101305203018430117 and contains approximately 14.55 acres. The second tract at this location contains approximately 0.60 acres and is used for access. The legal description of this tract is Tract 7A1 MRGCD Map 51.
The second location is the Rutherford Property and is located on the west side of Isleta Blvd SW and south of Malpais Rd. The legal description of the approximately 18 acres of available land is MRGCD Map 60 Tracks 93, 94-A, 95, 96B-1, 96C-1, 97-A, 98-A, 99B-1-A, and 99B-2-A.
