Black Mesa Manhole Replacement Project
Sealed bid proposal on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., (hereinafter called Consultant) will be received by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) at 2600 Prospect Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, until 1:00 p.m. (local time) on May 20, 2025, and will be opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the AMAFCA Board Room for the Black Mesa Manhole Replacement Project. The Project includes removal of existing manholes and replacement with upgraded manholes, and reconstruction of affected portions of the county road. The engineers’ estimate for this work is $1,052,000.00 (not including tax).
The following conditions apply to prospective bidders:
Appropriate contractor’s license (GF-4 or GF-98 or other satisfactory classification).
Bidders must complete and include the AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM with their bid.
Plans, specifications, and other contract documents may be obtained at Wilson and Company, Inc., (505) 348-4000, 4401 Masthead Street NE, Suite 150 Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109. Document copies may be picked up beginning May 5, 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time), weekdays (excluding holidays). A $100.00 deposit fee is required, checks payable to Wilson and Company, Inc.
An optional pre-bid conference will be held in the AMAFCA Board Room, on May 13, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (local time).
AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the contract.
