AMAFCA will host an optional pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 , at the AMAFCA Office located at 2600 Prospect Ave. NE. There will be no individual meetings with prospective proposers before or after the pre-proposal meeting.
Proposals shall be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Proposals shall be limited to five (5) pages, excluding a cover letter, table of contents, the mandatory Pricing Requirements Form, New Mexico Resident Business Certificate (as applicable), and the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form. Failure to submit the complete AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal.
The Procurement Code, N.M.S.A. 1978 §§13 1 28 through 13 1 199, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
