The South Domingo Baca Diversion & Main Channel Reconstruction Project is located on the South Domingo Baca Diversion Channel and Main Channel south of Paseo del Norte Blvd. and west of Tramway Blvd. The Project includes the removal and complete reconstruction of the two channels which are deteriorating.
The Project is currently under design. Below are before photos of the South Domingo Baca Diversion & Main Channels. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Winter of 2026.
