AMAFCA will host an optional pre-proposal meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, via teleconference. There will be no individual meetings with prospective proposers before or after the pre-proposal meeting.
Proposals shall be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Proposals shall be limited to five (5) pages, excluding a cover letter, table of contents, the mandatory Pricing Requirements Form, New Mexico Resident Business Certificate (as applicable), and the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form. Failure to submit the complete AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal.
The Procurement Code, N.M.S.A. 1978 §§13 1 28 through 13 1 199, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
