The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for Human Resource Consulting Services for the project listed below. Proposals shall be received by 10:00 a.m. November 25, 2026. Proposals shall be limited to eight (8) pages, excluding cover letter, table of contents, Fee Proposal (Appendix A), New Mexico Business Preference Certificate, and the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form (Appendix B). Failure to submit the AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal.
